A classic Sumatra with a heavy creamy body and loamy sweet flavours of dark chocolate. It also has all the wild jungle flavours and earthiness you would expect in a Sumatran coffee.

 

Roasting Notes

A coffee that works well over a spectrum of roast profiles, but we prefer it at full city. It still maintains a chocolate sweetness to the cup without it being too bright.
