This blend was created with chocolate in mind. Balanced, rich and silky smooth with lively chcolate biased beans from Costa Rica, El salvador and Peru. This well rounded and clean coffee is balanced with a fantastic sparkling Tanzanian bean - also adding hints of orange peel, apple juice and butterscotch to boot.
This has been the staple blend for us here in the roast house for a couple of years and has been tweaked to perfection - and mainly to our head roasters tastebuds.
