Brazilian Santos RFA 
This Great Brazilian coffee has relatively low acidity, with a nutty sweet flavor, 
often bittersweet with a chocolaty roast taste.

Mexican Oaxaca
Aroma is spicy with Cinnamon and Dark chocolate. Flavor has a round body, vanilla and tangerine notes. 
Has a sweetness of Brown Sugar and Caramel. The acidity is comparable to Fine Lemon Grass.

Ethiopian Djimma G5
Unique flavours are enjoyed with this coffee, it has a low acidity (for an ethiopian coffee) and has notes of hibiscus and medicinal notes to follow. 
A short finish with a notable nutmeg aroma.
 
Colombian Medelin Exelso RFA
Rich acidity, medium-bodied, citrusy flavor, with a clean and sweet aftertaste

Indonesian Old Brown Java
Dry earthy with deep savoury spicy notes. Heavy bodied with a long smoky finish. Musty tobacco aromas
 
Costa Rica Aquiares RFA
Profound aromas of chocolate and cinnamon, which gives way to a delicate citric acidity. The cup is well balanced, complex and full of character. 
Flavors last long as the cup finishes nice and clean. 
 
Peru Gonzilla Estate
Creamy body with fruity overtones, mild acidty, spicy aromas and a good long clean finish.
